Ms. Zee is the Principal of PG–TK Budi Luhur Pondok Aren, where she is deeply committed to providing a holistic, engaging, and child-centered early childhood education. She believes that every child is unique, and she strives to recognize and respond to each one’s individual needs.

As a school leader, her top priority is creating a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment. She wants every child to feel supported and valued, so they can grow and develop at their own pace, according to their unique potential and developmental stage.

She believes that early childhood education is not only about academic achievement, but also about nurturing character, independence, creativity, self-confidence, social skills, and positive values that will guide children throughout their lives.

She strongly believes that true educational success comes from collaboration. By working closely with teachers, parents, and the wider school community, she continuously strives to improve the quality of education and create meaningful, memorable learning experiences for every child.
